What days should I plan to arrive and leave New Orleans?

For the full festival experience, we suggest you arrive by Thursday afternoon and depart New Orleans late Sunday night or Monday. Flights arrive in and out of Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).

Where should I stay during the Festival?

Prime areas in close proximity to all events are the Lower Garden District, Downtown New Orleans, Treme or Bywater.

Will there be hotel discounts?

Yes! We’ll be sharing our preferred hotel soon.

What is your refund policy ?

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances on our end, your registration will transfer to the new dates.

If you experience any unforeseen circumstances due to health reasons or other emergencies, no refunds will be granted. However, you can transfer your registration to next year’s festival or to another attendee that you identify.
